The Commission
A conversation, a palette, a date. Bespoke starts at $1,400 and needs six weeks of lead time.

Enquire How do deposits work?
A 30% deposit holds your date. The balance is due five days before the event. Deposits are paid by card at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than fourteen days out are refunded in full, less a small processing fee. Inside fourteen days we refund the balance and retain the deposit to cover reserved time and ordered items.
Can I customise a package?
Yes — the add-ons cover most requests, and for anything further write to us with what you have in mind. We would rather adjust an existing package than build something entirely bespoke, but we will always tell you honestly which is the better fit.
What if I need to change the date?
Date changes are free up to seven days before the event, subject to our availability on the new date. Inside seven days we will do what we can, but cannot guarantee a move.
